Mission principale

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Senior Digital Operations Specialist has the responsibilities of:

  • overseeing and managing operations,
  • reviewing and updating process and procedures,
  • developing operations risk monitoring framework,
  • developing digital operational framework, training operations staff and building capacity

Profil

Eligible candidates are required to have:

  • a minimum of Master degree in Computer Science, Information systems or other related fields,
  • a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,
  • deep knowledge of digital banking operations,
  • knowledge in risk involved in digital banking operations
  • excellent management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks,
  • strong communication skills,
  • strong analytical skills,
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite,
  • proficiency in data management and computer skills,
  • excellent language skills, written and spoken English and French,
  • a strong sense of creativity
